Ricky & Sheila Motes

Ricky is the Senior Pastor of Radiant Church. He and his wife Sheila have been married for almost 20 years. Sheila is a former public school teacher and is now a stay at home mom. They have three awesome children; Thomas, Caleb, and Chloe. Thomas and Caleb enjoy sports but especially love playing the game of basketball. Chloe is their #1 fan and is thrilled to cheer them on at their games. Go Generals!

Ricky is passionate about his family, Jesus, and his calling. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the ministry. He is bi-vocational as he holds a position in law enforcement as well. This affords him the unique opportunity to minister to hurting people and those going through problematic times that live in our community. Ricky feels God is using all of his experiences to prepare him for his present and future opportunities.

Ricky is giving his life to fulfill the vision he knows God has given him for Radiant Church. His desire for Radiant Church is to reach people through relevant worship and preaching, to be relational in making disciples of Jesus and doing life together with them, and to love people radically, not only locally but globally as well. Ricky and his family want Radiant Church to bear fruit, have Kingdom impact, and glorify God.

Corey & Carrie Smith

Corey is the worship pastor of Radiant. He and his wife, Carrie, are proud parents of two beautiful twin girls, Zoe and Kara. They answered the call to ministry in 2007. Then and there, their lives were impacted for eternity by a Holy God. Corey and Carrie enjoy sharing the love of Jesus by simply living life with everyday people. Their heart is to build growing relationships with others for the cause of Christ. He and Carrie have served in ministry with Ricky Motes since 2004.

Scott & Lisa Freeman

Scott & Lisa have been married for more than four years. Both graduated from Clemson University and love tailgating! Scott is an accountant, and enjoys watching sports and playing basketball. Lisa is taking a break from teaching to be Mommy, and she has traveled to several areas of the world for missions. Scott will serve as CFO of Radiant Church, while Lisa will act as director of operations. They have a daughter, Riley, and a son, Maddex. They enjoy spending time together traveling, playing Wii and Cornhole.

Joe & Liz Meloche

Joe is the Media and Music Director at Radiant. Joe & Liz were married in San Antonio, TX. They have two sons; Michael and Andrew along with dogs Goldie and Lucy. Joe plays drums and loves to spend time writing and producing his own music and is an avid golfer. Liz works for Cancer Centers of the Carolinas. She is also a breast cancer survivor. Liz enjoys health and fitness and loves to run! Their son Michael lives in Raleigh N.C. and enjoys working on cars. Andrew also works for Cancer Centers of the Carolinas and plans to attend school in Tempe, Arizona at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences. Andrew is also a video game fanatic, plays drums and loves music.

Darren & Ronda Wells

Darren is the IT- Media Specialist. Darren and Ronda have been married for more than 21 years. Darren is the owner of J*A*C Data Cabling in Greenville. Ronda is a stay at home mom. They have three children. Chris, Ashley, and Joshua, The Wells family loves spending time together watching movies, listening to music, and playing board games. Chris attends Greenville Technical College, Ashley can’t live without her Ipod and Joshua loves to climb trees and sports. Our neighbors enjoy hanging out on our front porch enjoying some of our homemade ice cream. Our family is very excited to serve our Lord through Radiant Church. We look forward to seeing lives transformed!
