Birth-5th GradeWe believe that children have an incredible opportunity to minister to their friends and family. Radiant wants to provide a fun, safe, and age-appropriate place where children can learn about and build their relationship with Jesus Christ. In our infant and preschool area, children will play and interact with other children their age with a basic introduction to the story of the Bible. In our Elementary Grades, children can expect high-energy praise and worship, interactive story-telling and games, and engaging small group environments (Background Checks required for volunteers)

Over the years, we feel God has been constructing our lives... as if they were an unclear puzzle- one piece at a time. Now, God has chosen to clearly reveal His vision and the completed puzzle in a beautiful picture of His radiant love. Our calling is a supernatural prompting of the Holy Spirit to plant an Acts 2 Church in Greenville County. In Spring 2009, five families came together with a call to begin a new church. Radiant was launched at Berea High School on September 13, 2009. Radiant is defined as “reflecting beams of light or vividly bring and shining.” Both times Moses went up the mountain to meet with God, it says his face was radiant because he had been with God. Ephesians 5 declares that Jesus gave up His life for His bride, the radiant Church, to be “holy and blameless.” Every time the word radiant is used in Scripture, it is the result of something God has done, rather than human effort. We believe God calls us to be radiant when we have encountered Him in Jesus Christ. Like Moses, we too hope to encounter God daily and have our lives changed! We believe that “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him." (1 Cor. 2:9)

What We BelieveGOD is the Creator & Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three personalities: the Father, the Son, & the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal & are one God. (Genesis 1:1, Psalm 90:2, Matthew 28:19, I Peter 1:2)MAN is made in the image of God. He is the supreme object of God's creation. Although God designed man to have fellowship with him, man became alienated from God through disobedience. As a result, all human beings are born with a sinful nature and choose to sin against God. (Genesis 1:27, Isaiah 53:6a, Romans 3:23, Colossians 1:21)ETERNITY- Man was created to exist forever. After death, He will either exist eternally separated from God by sin in Hell, or in union with God, through forgiveness and salvation in Heaven. (John 3:16, I John 2:25; 5:11-12, Romans 6:23, Revelation 20:15)JESUS CHRIST is the Son of God & co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life & offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all men by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven's glory & will return again to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. (Isaiah 9:6, John 14:10-30, Hebrews 4:14-15, I Corinthians 15:3-4, Acts 1:9-11)SALVATION is a gift from God to man. Man can never make up for his sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness can man be saved from sin's penalty. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith. (Ephesians 2:8-9, John 14:6, Titus 3:5, Romans 5:1)ETERNAL SECURITY- Because God gives man eternal life through Jesus Christ, the believer is secure in that salvation for eternity. Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by the self-effort of the Christian. It is the grace & keeping power of God that gives this security. (John 10:29, Hebrews 7:25; 10:10-14, I Peter 1:3-5)THE HOLY SPIRIT is equal with the Father & the Son as God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ & lives in every believer from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with understanding of spiritual truth & guidance in doing what is right. (2 Corinthians 3:17, John 16:7-12; Ephesians 1:13)THE BIBLE is God's Word to all men. It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is inspired by God, it is truth without any mixture of error. (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21, Psalm 12:6, Proverbs 30:5)
